Groups has been a big hit among our client base because of their ease of use and ability to keep users organized for assigning and tracking purposes. However, getting users into groups hasn’t always been the easiest process. That changes today, with a couple big updates that make the adding and managing of users for groups a much easier and simpler process.
There are two big changes in this update:
1. Add users to groups directly during the creation process
Instead of adding users to groups one at a time after creating them, do it all in one easy step.
2. One view to see all groups a user is in
Before seeing all the groups that a user was in was a tough task to achieve. Now, all you have to do is go to the user’s settings page, and you can easily see all the groups they are in. You can also add and remove them from groups as well.
