Poor Work Output

Perhaps worse than the employee with the wandering resume, is the worker who simply bides their time and produces poor quality work. This can have a harmful effect on businesses big and small, but is particularly impactful on small to medium sized businesses.

In these close environments, every worker is crucial to the commercial success of the venture, so a poorly trained worker can be the weak link that slows down the whole enterprise’s success.
