Gradebook Just Got Upgraded: CSV Exporting is Here

We created Gradebook to make it easy for you to see who’s learned what, when they learned it, and how well.

Since then, you’ve provided a ton of great feedback, with one common request: “Can I export my Gradebook data to CSV?”  Today, we’re happy to release an enhancement that lets you do just that. Here’s how it works:
CSV Export
Here are three ways CSV exporting could be useful to you:

  1. Offline Data Records. Keep a personal backup of your training records. By using CSV exporting, you can now easily export your data from Lessonly, print it, and attach it to physical employee records that may exist in other areas of your business.
  2. HR Software. Like offline data records, you may have HR software your company uses that allows you to store training records. Exporting an employee’s training data out of Lessonly and into your HR software can help centralize employee information in one place. (If you don’t have HR software, we recommend our partners at BambooHR)
  3. CRM Software. If you are doing client education, you may want to track training results in your company’s CRM to see how training is affecting renewal rates, the number of cases created by a customer, or any other thing. With CSV exporting, this type of thing is a breeze.

Have another way you would use CSV exporting? Let us know in the comments below. And as always, if you have any other feedback on how we can make our training software better, I’d love to hear about it!
